Helaine is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) licensed to provide nutrition therapy and counseling. She completed her undergraduate nutrition education at CUNY Queens College, followed by internship training and a post graduate degree from Stony Brook University, Department of Family Medicine. Guided by a love and passion for educating others on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to promote wellness, increase energy, and reduce risk of chronic disease, Helaine has worked with all age groups from preschoolers to seniors and has extensive experience in the areas of weight management and bariatrics.
